The cafe always has a great friendly feeling with fresh food baked on site and an emphasis on organic, locally sourced produce and fair-trade teas and coffee.
My personal recommendation would have to be the bacon sandwiches served in fresh homemade rolls (with brown sauce of course).
(It is also my understanding that the cafe is owned and run by the Camphill Village Trust and offers work opportunities to adults with learning disabilities and other special needs. - I only mention this as the staff always seem to be having such a great time that it undoubtedly contributes to the positive atmosphere the place has.)
